Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them.

    • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached, including Meghana Jewelers packaging and certificates of authenticity.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made jewelry, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or special offers cannot be refunded.

    • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns. The original shipping charges and insurance fee will also be deducted from the amount of your credit.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Returns are only applicable if the original tag remains intact on the product.

    • Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Meghana Jewelers), or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

    • Return requests made after 10 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, with no exceptions.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Customers must cover all return shipping expenses and insurance costs.

    • Meghana Jewelers is not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced during the return shipping process. Ensure that the returned item is securely packaged, insured, and tracked. Any packages lost in transit back to Meghana Jewelers will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Return Process:​

    • In case of a return, a credit will only be issued after we receive the merchandise in question.
      • Return Window: Returns must be made within 10 days of the date the package was received by the customer

      • Condition: Products must be returned in new, resalable condition.

      • Tag: The original tag must remain attached.

      • Shipping Costs: You must cover all return shipping expenses and insurance.

      • SKU Number: Display the SKU number prominently on the outside of the box.

      • Upon receiving the returned merchandise in good condition and within 10 days of the purchase date, we will issue the appropriate credit, excluding shipping, insurance, and restocking fees.

        • Meghana Jewelers will not compensate for this shipment/return.

        • Returns cannot be made in person at any retail location.

        • Meghana Jewelers is not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced during the return shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned item is securely packaged, insured, and tracked. It is recommended to use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for reliable shipping services and to keep the tracking number and relevant details in case of any issues. Any packages lost in transit back to Meghana Jewelers will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Processing Time:

    • Allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.

  • Shipping Address:

    • Meghana Jewelers will only ship to a validated billing address. Alternative shipping addresses are not allowed.

Return Policy – In-Store Pickup

  1. No In-Store Returns or Exchanges: Orders picked up in-store are subject to our standard online return policy. We do not process returns or exchanges in-store under any circumstances. All returns and exchanges must be initiated online and shipped to the designated return address provided during the return process. In-store exchanges for online purchases will not be accepted.

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping returns and any associated costs, unless otherwise specified in our return policy. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in return or exchange shipments, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

  3. Return and Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all requirements outlined in our return policy, including condition, timeframe, and original packaging. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a rejected return or exchange, for which we are not liable.

  4. Limitation of Liability: We assume no liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from failure to comply with the in-store pickup process, or the online return and exchange policy. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to identification, uncollected orders, improperly processed returns, or attempts to process exchanges in-store.

  5. By utilizing our in-store pickup option, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions as part of your purchase agreement.
